Daniel really goes above and beyond as a tutor. I really appreciated his knowledge as well as the care and time he took to edit my Master's thesis. His edits were detailed and thorough and he was able to provide me with many valuable comments on how and where I could improve on in my paper and writing. He also helped me to confidently pass my defense by helping me identify some of the major debates/issues with my arguments. Daniel's professionalism, promptness and easy-going attitude makes him a pleasure to work with.
Daniel was great. I can't believe what we were able to accomplish in a couple of hours. I will definitely be contacting Daniel again.
He was awesome, explained things in a way that were easily understood, I felt more prepared for my exam after being tutored by Daniel than I did after a semester of instruction from a tutorial leader. Thank You Daniel!!!!!
I have worked with Daniel on several different projects. Every time we worked together his work was of highest quality. As a tutor he is friendly, supportive, encouraging, and knowledgeable. He is a great editor and tutor and has always has advice on how to improve one's writing or formulate one's ideas.
I worked with Daniel for the past two years and he never fail to meet my expectations as a PhD student. On the professional level, Daniel’s tutoring is empowering. I worked with other tutors before, but Daniel is different. His goal in tutoring is to help me learn how to self-edit my own work. He diagnosed the macro and the micro problems in my writing and he taught me how to fix them through discussion, writing, rewriting and excellent examples. I received excellent grades in the work he helped me to edit such as essays, critical reviews and my PhD proposal. Daniel not only taught how to improve my grammar and writing skills in general but also how to improve the quality of my content. Discussing my work with him helped me to revise my work and improve my ideas. On the personal level, Daniel is friendly, helpful, encouraging and patient. I like to ask many questions and he never fail to answer my questions. When I am unable to see him in person, he edits my work online. His feedback is clear. He leaves the incorporation of his feedback to me and he is always willing to discuss his feedback and reread my work after I incorporate it. His positive attitude and encouraging words make me feel comfortable dealing with him and learning from him. Working with Daniel is an excellent learning experience.
