Dani is an amazing! I came to her halfway throughout the year struggling with my Spanish class at university and not only did she save my grades but I am now so much more confident and actually enjoy learning Spanish again! She is always so enthusiastic and patient. Her classes are always interesting, she uses lots of comics, songs etc to help us understand the lessons from the class, the exercises she gives us are also really helpful i find they are better than the ones from my university text book. Before tests she is always there to offer extra help and would go over my mistakes with me. Whether you just need some extra help before a test or you are just starting to learn Dani is an amazing!
It's not easy to describe a teacher like Daniela, as she is not only a knowledgeable one but also an inspiring one. I started Spanish classes 8 months ago to be able to support my online business that is now concentrated in all Latin America and because of her I fell in love with the language. At first, we meet face to face - she is lovely and I envy all her students in Toronto and as I moved back to Europe we continued the classes on Skype. I wouldn't say I started from 0 as I knew how to count to 10 and watched a few soap operas years ago , but after 6 months I read 2 books in Spanish, I can write emails and most of the customer support for my company. Also, what was important for my business was the fact that she helped me understand the Latin American culture. She taught how to make Chocotorta (Argentinian cake), appreciate the South American food, music and movies. She is a magician as the classes are never boring and her patience is endless.
Dani is fantastic! This past October, I had the privilege of having Dani as my tutor in preparation for a test in my first year of Spanish at University. I quickly received a response from Dani, and she was able to meet with me shortly after I contacted her. Despite her busy schedule, she was very flexible in the short time we had before the test. Dani is very kind, encouraging, clear, and patient. Most importantly, she comes prepared to teach and is well-organised with her lessons. Although I was only able to see Dani for a couple of sessions, her tutoring was incredibly valuable as I received an A+ on the test! Thank you so much, Dani!!
Wow! Outstanding tutor. Clear instructions, lessons tailored to meet your specific needs...a pleasure to work with. As an adult trying to learn Spanish I had the pleasure of working with Dani through this past summer. As a professional educator I can assure you that this young woman knows how to teach. Highly, highly recommended.
I have been practising Spanish with Dani for almost two years now. I started Spanish from scratch and of course I had no background or whatsoever in the Spanish context. I love the way Daniela teaches. She is very friendly, pragmatic and open. One of the best things I love about Daniela's classes is that I can take them on Skype, which saves me a huge amount of time and of course transportation money. Dani has made me fall for Spanish now and I think I am making a good progress given my limited time. I would strongly recommend you to consider her classes as one of your main options.
Dani is an excellent teacher. Her lessons are always well prepared and fun. She is highly knowledgeable about the Spanish speaking world, and designed the lessons to suit my interests (travel in South America). She is good at identifying the areas in which I am struggling and then providing plenty of practice and reinforcement. And I like that she incorporates songs and you-tube videos into the lessons. I definitely plan to resume my lessons when I return to Toronto.
Dani is a great instructor. She is very organized and offers a clear progression for learning, building skills step by step with lots of practice. She puts the material in context -- e.g. with TV shows, music, and stories about life in Latin America, explaining how different words or concepts might be used differently across the region. As a Spanish learner herself, she also relates to the process and difficulty of learning -- she is patient and understands that learning a new language can be sometimes tricky and frustrating. She is always encouraging and helps me keep moving forward.
Daniela is an excellent tutor. She comes to class each week with a lesson plan and a worksheet prepared. She finds interesting videos or articles, songs and even comics to teach conversational and situational language skills. I took Spanish classes in a group setting before but the classes were too big (10 people in a tiny class) and I really didn't lern well. The class sizes were too big, the time was shared so that I didn't get enough speaking time, and the lessons moved along according to schedule not according to whether or not I had learned the subject matter. Although private lessons are a little more expensive I suggest that it is totally worth the cost to have a private tutor who can tailor your lessons to your needs. Also the entire hour or two is yours so you can get lots of speaking in. I am learning so much more with Daniela than I would in any other setting. If it is winter and you can't make it to class you can always skype. Daniela is very professional, yet she makes learning Spanish fun.
Daniela tutored me in spanish for my grade 12 year. She was super fun to talk to and really teaches you in the way that suits your learning. She was super flexible with my busy schedule and it was convenient because we did it over skype! She is super in depth with all her tutoring and i would recommend her to anyone!
Dani is an extremely friendly and easy to work with tutor. I struggled getting back into Spanish but she helped me make the transition into university level Spanish and tailors each lesson to the student's concerns. She knows how to address any problems you may have and makes every lesson interesting so you want to keep learning. She's an excellent tutor and I highly recommend her for anyone trying out Spanish for the first time or trying to improve their grades and overall fluency.
Daniela is a great tutor who really cares about helping her students. She really encouraged me to take my Spanish to the next level and gave me the tools that I needed to get there. Concepts that had been explained to me multiple times in high school Spanish classes finally made sense to me with Daniela. She was always professional and enthusiastic during our lessons. Each class was tailored to my own personal needs because she was able to determine what areas I had difficulty in and how to help me with them. Most importantly, classes were always fun and interesting with Daniela. I would recommend Daniela to students of all ages and levels because she is an all-around great tutor.
Daniela tutored my daughter online, via Skype, for her grade 12 year Spanish. Daniela is a wonderful person to work with and I know my daughter enjoyed working with her. Spanish was not my daughters strong subject but Daniela made it fun for her to learn. Daniela was very professional, flexible with time, and patient. My daughter will continue to contact Daniela when she is required to take university Spanish.
Fantastic classes. I started with very little knowledge or understanding of Spanish and now after four months of working with Dani I feel alot more confident. The classes were fun and evidently planned with care and thought beforehand. I always felt as though my needs as a student were being taken into account and this made the often frustrating experience of learning a language very comfortable. I would unreservedly recommend her as a teacher to anyone who is looking to learn or simply improve their Spanish. Muchas gracias Dani!
I would highly recommend Dani as a Spanish Tutor. She taught me once a week for four months, and during that time my confidence and ability with the language increased remarkably. She was able to clarify a lot of the finer details of the grammar and its usage that I had never fully understood before, although I was already at an intermediate level. I now feel that I have a really firm understanding of the areas we covered. The lessons were brought to life with videos, songs, TED talks and funny stories which helped me learn vocabulary quickly and in a way that was memorable. She clearly has a real passion for the language and its intricacies which is very contagious. Choose Dani for immaculately planned, thorough and most of all, enjoyable lessons!
My wife and I spend four months a year in Mexico, so I got in touch with Daniela to help me with my beginner Spanish. I have had 16 weeks of instruction with her, and I can’t say enough about her. She is very professional and prepared, and she has a way of making learning fun and effortless. Knowing that I was going to meet with Daniela once a week was a great motivator for me to get my homework done and review my notes throughout the week. I wholeheartedly recommend this fine teacher. Upon my return from Mexico, I will be booking a series of lessons for next summer, hopefully at the intermediate level.
Stop looking for a teacher, because you've just found The best one!! During my stay in Argentina I wanted to learn some basic spanish. My plan was to travel by myself to other countries in South America, and knowing some spanish would be very usefull. After the first lesson with Daniela I knew I had a wonderfull teacher. She was so patient and interested in what i wanted to learn. She was always prepared, did a lot of pratical excercises in combination with the theoretical side of learning a new language. After one week I felt comfortable enough to manage myself in south america. Daniela was not only working on improving my spanish, but shen was also kind to show me around a bit in argentina and teach me some things about the culture. So, I cannot be more positive about my 'learning' experience with Daniela. Try it yourself!
Daniela was an amazing tutor, she pushed us to work hard and get the most out of the time we spent together. She used a variety of sources and methods to keep the lessons interesting and tailored each lesson to the Spanish that would be most useful to us. We had lessons both in person and over Skype and I have no complaints about either. She's a great choice to help you learn Spanish!
I initially sought out a tutor in Spanish so that I would be able to help our son (in high school) as he begins to learn the language. I've also always wanted to continue learning this beautiful language and thought this was the perfect opportunity to do so! Daniela was the perfect match for me and I am confident in saying she would meet anyone's goals and/or expectations. Daniela offered a no obligation first class as an introduction which was so reassuring to me as I looked for a good teacher. As we continue our sessions, I have found her to be an excellent teacher in that she is patient, makes learning very interactive, fun and current -- we use music videos, on-line interviews, worksheets and reviews and conversation. Daniela always put me at ease and reassures me so that I always feel confident to try and give my best. Daniela is always punctual, her schedule is flexible and her classes are extremely affordable. I would highly recommend her services to anyone wishing to learn and immerse themselves in the language and the culture! Daniela es una profesora excellente!!
Professional, Sweet, Knowledgeable, Punctual and Enthusiastic about the material she is teaching. Overall, Daniela was an awesome tutor! She would offer neat tricks and tips to help make learning easier. She also brought with her some activities to every tutorial, just incase you wanted more practice or forgot your material that day. I was very happy with her, and would recommend her to all those who want to learn or improve their Spanish. I will definitely acquire her help again next semester!
