Classical violin Performance at the Conservatorium van Amsterdam

Experience

Ive been playing the violin since the age of 4 and have had the opportunity to travel and play with a number of orchestras around the world. I have studied in Canada, Germany, France and most recently at the conservatory of Amsterdam under the tutelage of Kees Koelman. In the past few years I have been developing an interested in how the body and instrument work together to express and create sound and have studied a number of techniques such as alexander technique and feldenkrais. I am currently studying to become a registered massage therapist in order to gain a better understanding of how movement and music are interconnected and believe that listening to your body is an essential for any musician regardless or age or experience.
