Experience
I enjoy teaching and enhancing the learning experience of students, and I have had various teaching jobs in the past. Some examples include student mentorship at the undergraduate level, working as a teaching assistant at the graduate level, and working as a preceptor / clinical instructor for nursing students. I took a variety of biology and psychology courses during my first undergraduate degree which has given me a background that would allow me to tutor university-level biology or neuroscience courses. I also have a graduate-level background in pharmacology and pharmacokinetics. I am currently working as a Registered Nurse and I passed the NCLEX in 2016. I am also able to help with undergraduate nursing school courses / NCLEX prep.

Hobbies
I work in the mental health field and I am passionate about this area. I have spent a large portion of my life on post-secondary education and I also have passion for learning and teaching. Outside of my academic interests I also enjoy listening to music, spending time outdoors, and photography. I think that spending time on hobbies and interests is equally important as the time that we spend studying and in school.
