EducationAs a veteran Admissions Consultant with a top percentile score, I have 7 years of teaching experience, a Rotman MBA, with honors, and a career in Banking. My services are targeted to professionals committed to taking their career to the next level.
I have been trained at, and have worked for two major test prep institutions, and have taught hundreds of satisfied students in Canada, the US, Hong Kong, and Tokyo. I have helped students get into Ivy League and top European Graduate programs.
ExperienceMy services around the GMAT target all areas of the GMAT, from Quant to Verbal.
Our first session typically includes a diagnostic phase, where we identify all the areas you have trouble with, and build a study plan to work towards test day.
Following that, our sessions would be a mix of teaching the material, high-level strategy, and making you go through problems, according to your individual needs. From that, I'd analyze your strengths and weaknesses.
Based on your weaknesses, I will assign specialized homework for you between sessions, and introduce you to a concept called the Golden Pages, which helps you keep track of all your learning during our time together, so you have real progress to take home with you, and practice problems to drive home the concepts.
Beyond this, I also help you plan your application process, and even what to expect during the MBA.
I charge $120/hr, which is much less than you'd have to pay for a Kaplan, or any other "elite", tutor. And while I'm not the cheapest tutor out there, you do get what you pay for.
So if you have any further questions about my teaching process, the GMAT in general, or even post-MBA career advice, please don't hesitate to ask, as I look forward to working with you!
