I have a Master of Arts Joint Honours in History & Politics from the University of Aberdeen. I also spent a graduate year at the Clinton Institute, University College Dublin in American studies focusing on US History, Politics, IR, and Culture. I earned a Bachelor of Education with a teaching certificate, OISE at the University of Toronto, graduating with a 4.0 GPA.

Experience

I have completed my B.Ed. from the University of Toronto, where I have a number of placements across the GTA teaching History, Civics and Law across a range of grade levels. I have experience teaching and learning with a range of student levels. Having been diagnosed with dyslexia, I can appreciate the individual needs and specific requirements of every student. I can help with essay writing, research and analytical skills, essay structure, and proofreading. -Huge passion of mine is to travel, which i find liberating and very interesting from an historical and cultural standpoint to find out more about different peoples and communities. -Love to play sport and keep fit, especially playing rugby, running (completed my first marathon this year), skiing, walking, pretty much anything! -Love to read historical and political books, particularly US history and politics! Am keen to keep up with current events which are very important to understanding.
