Education

I graduated with my master's degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Toronto. Some of the most significant courses I've taken are Reconfigurable Computing and FPGA Architecture, Topics in Switching Theory, Cloud Computing, Algorithms and Data Structure, and Financial Engineering.

Experience

I have experience specializing in computer engineering and I'm especially interested in computer architecture, FPGAs, and programming in general. My undergraduate GPA was 3.4 and my current GPA is 3.7. I recently completed an internship with IBM's Java Compiler group. I want to become a tutor because there is nothing more satisfying. I can tutor students on all sections of the GRE and my own GRE score was 323/340. I can tutor students in math at any level from middle school on. That includes Algebra 1, 2, 3, and 4, precalculus and calculus, and linear algebra. I can also help students prepare for the math sections of exams like the CLEP, SAT, and ACCUPLACER.

I have spent my academic life working on research projects in labs under distinguished faculty and also in corporate environments delivering updates to commercial code. I have inculcated a theory that people who want to deliver, do so under their own unique perspective of time and efficiency. Having said so, my goal would always be to first fit in to their perspective and mould it to a better one rather than imposing my own. I have worked off-academics in rural entrepreneurship projects back in India. I have volunteered as a teacher and also as a coordinator for a computer literacy program.
