I graduated with a Specialized Honours BA in Psychology (Summa Cum Laude) from York University in 2016 and I am currently completing my Masters in Clinical Psychology at York University.
Experience
During my undergraduate studies, I excelled in a breadth of psychology courses that covered the social, individual, cognitive-affective, and biological bases of behaviour. Being a graduate of the Specialized Honours Psychology Program also provided me with advanced training in research methods, statistical analyses, scientific communication, and critical thinking. In addition to my academic history, I've consistently pursued various research experiences. Over the past 5 years, I held two lab manager positions concurrently in addition to serving as a research assistant in 5 labs exploring various themes in social, personality, and clinical psychology. My objective as a tutor is to cater my knowledge and skills to clients' needs and goals. For undergraduate students, I can help with specific material in courses, assist with writing a research proposal or thesis, and provide academic advice on making the most of your current degree as well as preparing for graduate school.
