Private tutor in Toronto, Canada
Education
I earned a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering with a focus in Electromagnetics at Concordia University.
Experience
I developed many of my teaching skills while working as a Research Engineer at Concordia University from 2014-2018, during which I mentored four graduate students on their master thesis and helped them set attainable goals. I was also employed as a tutor by the Access Centre for Students with Disabilities (ACSD), a position that has helped me work with those with learning differences. I have also supervised an undergraduate summer project that resulted in a published manuscript and worked with professors to revise course syllabi and write exams. I acted as Tutorial Leader during my time at Concordia as well, taking part in graduate courses such as Fundamentals of Applied Electromagnetics, Applied Advanced Calculus, Electromagnetic Waves and Guiding Structures, Applied Ordinary Differential Equations, Modern Antenna Theory, and Principles of Electrical Engineering. I have also served as a part-time lecturer for undergrad courses at the Islamic Azad University in Iran.
