I am currently a first-year undergraduate student in Life Sciences at the University of Toronto. As an undergraduate, I am studying Global Health, Immunology, and Contemporary Asian Studies. I completed the IB diploma program in May 2018. with a score of 39/45. As part of the program, I took HL Language and Literature, SL Ab Initio Spanish, HL History, HL Chemistry, SL Biology, and SL Math.
Experience
For the past three years, I have worked as a tutor both as a volunteer and with a tutoring company. I have mostly tutored students between grades 6 and 12 in math, chemistry, science, social science, geography, and history. I have also tutored elementary school students and OSSD and IB students. My areas of expertise as a private tutor include language and literature, 12th-grade writing, biology, French, and essay writing. I have also tutored a number of IB and AP courses, and I would be happy to continue to do so.

Hobbies
Every summer, I go on whitewater canoe trips through Canada's wilderness! This year, I went on a 52 day trip in the Yukon. I also love helping people and medicine so I volunteer with St. John Ambulance, a first aid organization.
