I earned my Bachelor of Mathematics with the Actuarial Science/ Finance option and Statistics from the University of Waterloo. I went on to earn my Master's of Science degree with Statistics major from the University of Toronto, whereas my GPA was 3.97 out of 4.
Experience
As an undergraduate, I was a Teaching Assistant for undergraduate calculus classes including Applied Linear Algebra, Calculus I for the Sciences, Calculus 2 for Honours Math, and Differential Equations. At the University of Toronto, I was a Teaching Assistant for various graduate statistics classes, such as Methods of Applied Statistics, Introductory Experimental Design, and more. I have experience tutoring high school and undergraduate students in various statistics classes as well. When I work with a student, I answer a question with a question that leads to steps solving the question. I am very patient to explain concepts as many times as needed. I usually provide extra practice for students to reinforce the concepts they just learned.

Hobbies
I love going to gym, playing tennis,, and jogging. Also I like watching Japanese, American and British movies and dramas, especially mystery. I listen to Chinese, Korean and US pops music. I love reading car magazines, driving and trying new things, especially food! I also speak fluent Cantonese and Mandarin.
