I earned my Honors Bachelor of Science at the University of Toronto in 2015 with minors in geography and political science. I held a 3.8 GPA overall course average. I went on to York University to earn my Honors Bachelor of Education. I hold additional teaching qualifications in science, senior social sciences, family studies, indigenous education, religious education and guidance, and career counselling from Western University.

Experience

I have over five years of tutoring experience in grades 9 and 10 science, geography, all grades in reading, writing, and social sciences. I am a certified teacher in Ontario with seven years of secondary school teaching experience in grade 9 and 10 science, geography and history, grade 11 world religions, grade 9 religion, and grade 10 civics and careers. I also have summer school teaching experience, helping students keep their knowledge fresh and catch up to or get a head start on the topics in their upcoming lessons. I also have experience teaching abroad. In addition to my experience in tutoring, I also have five years of experience as a secondary school dance and cheerleading coach.
