I'm currently attending college at the University of Toronto, where I'm a double major in Psychology and Music.
Experience
I have more than 3 years of tutoring experience. I feel really happy being a language tutor because I enjoy watching my students improve. I have a great understanding of both Traditional Chinese and Simplified Chinese, and I have done a lot of research on Chinese ancient texts and poems. I was the leader of my high school debate team, and I've been to the Ontario Fulford debate competition. As I found out, training my students to debate using Chinese is a really good way to learn communication skills. I have experience tutoring different levels of students, from beginner level to advanced students. The students I taught in the past realized a high level of Chinese speaking and understanding after a few months of tutoring. In addition, I am comfortable tutoring students of all ages.
