Education
In 2010 I obtained a BA in International Relations from Tec de Monterrey (Mexico). During my studies I was an exchange student at Universite Montesquieu-Bordeaux IV in Bordeaux, France, where I studied international relations and geoeconomics. I hold a Masters in Philosophy, graduated with honors, from the National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM) I currently am a PhD student in Political Science at York University (Canada), specializing in political theory, feminist theory, and political economy. During the summer of 2015 I also attended the London Critical Theory Summer School organized by the Birkbeck Institute for the Humanities (University of London).
Experience
I have almost 8 years of teaching at Tec de Monterrey. My areas of expertise include international politics and political theory but I can tutor on a wide range of subjects in political science and philosophy. I can also help you develop writing and argumentative skills tailored to the social sciences and humanities. I'm a native Spanish speaker and I can tutor students learning Spanish and proof-read and edit work in Spanish.

Hobbies
Along with my teaching experience, I also have a forthcoming book with colleagues in Canada, France, and the US. As a professor I've always been committed to the development of critical and analytical skills in my students and that's why I want to be a tutor. I like traveling, reading, and learning languages.
