Experience
School can be tough, and every student deserves the support they need in order to understand the material. I have worked with over 30 students through online tutoring sessions that result in better understanding of classroom material and boost of confidence in academic pursuit. I always keep my sessions thorough and concise, and I make sure that my students always walk away with a better understanding of the subject. I have been a private tutor for over 5 years and I have experience working with over 60 students in middle school, high school and university. I can help you in organic chemistry, physical chemistry, biology, math and calculus. I have experience in tutoring IB, AP and university students. Specifically at U of T, I have tutored CHM136, CHM135 and BIO230. I also have experience working with teens who struggles in class due to mental health concerns. I am a very patient individual and I always make sure my student grasps a concept clearly before moving on. Additionally, I also help my students to work towards achieving better studying habits and managing school related stress.
