Hobbies

I'm passionate about history and art, but I love writing. This is why I'm studying them and also why I'd like to teach them. I wasn't always very good at these subjects, but once I grappled them, with the help of a tutor, I understood how interesting and important they are. I also was able to answer the proverbial "will this actually help me in the real world?" with resounding "yes." I'd like to teach other students how to better their skills while improving my own. I'd also love to help another student discover and enjoy the many applications of writing, history, art and French as much as I did when I was younger. A little about me: Although I'm an only child I did grow up babysitting my younger cousins so patience is second nature to me. As nerdy as it may sound, my favourite way to spend my free time is reading news articles on the internet and analyzing different perspectives on the same event - I'm a news nerd.
