Graduated high school in Alberta, Canada with 45/45 in IB Diploma program, perfect SATI and SATII scores, top 1% on every Canadian math, physics, chemistry competition. Recently graduated the statistics program at the University of Toronto with top marks and a perfect GRE score.
Experience
High School Experience Extensive experience tutoring the AP/IB programs across Toronto's private schools such as York, UCC, Greenwood, etc, as well as programs at UTS, Don Mills, CHAT, Havergal, etc. University Experience Helped UT students with MAT133/135/136/137/221/223/224/235/237/244, STA220/221/257/261/302/304/347, CHM138/139/151/247. As well as similar courses at York, Western, and Ryerson. Following usual practice I listed some academic credentials, however I think a prospective parent/student should not put too much emphasis on them since subject mastery and the ability to clearly articulate concepts are two different skills, oftentimes uncorrelated. The subject matter is not my greatest strength, but the ability to transmit that expertise to students is. We rarely use differential calculus yet we use analytical thinking frameworks on a daily basis, and this framework what I hope to leave students with, beyond improving marks.
