I obtained a Computer Certificate from the Overland Learning Center. I completed the Teacher Preparation and Certificate Program at the University of the Pacific. I received several degrees from Ryerson University: Occupational and Public Health Degree; Occupational Health and Safety Degree; and the French Proficiency Certificate.
Experience
I gained a lot of experience at the Excellent Academy Catholic Cross-Cultural Services and Heritage Skills Development Centre. I taught newcomers and young students using a systematic plan that incorporated lectures, demonstrations, discussion groups, and independent and group projects. I have experience in preparing, administering, and marking tests and papers to assess student's progress. I also spent time tutoring students in French and Math at a learning center. Whether my clients could use a hand in solidifying their grasp of French culture or they could benefit from test prep before an exam, I aim to provide comprehensive and insightful study sessions that incorporate engaging activities.
