I completed my Hons. B.Sc. at the University of Toronto in the Genetics and Biotechnology Specialist program. I am entering the B. Ed. program at York University in September 2010.
Experience
I currently tutor in: Grades 7-10 Science; Grades 11-12 Biology; Grades 7-11 Math; Pre-calculus and Calculus (Grade 12 and University Level); Essay Writing; Study Skills and Time Management Skills. I have experience tutoring both privately and in afterschool group study programs. I have volunteer experience teaching in junior classrooms. I am on the executive committee for a program that teaches social reasoning to kindergarten students in TDSB schools. Aside from gaining experience for my future career as a high school science teacher, I am dedicated to helping students succeed in their studies.
