- Being paid to do assignments for university level students - Given some guest lectures at community colleges - Teaching assistant and professional note-taking at university - Conducting group and individual tutoring sessions whereby comprehensive testing from me regularly yielded ~95% grades, while maintaining that standard once students perform in school at ~90% - Writing speeches for Ontario-based public figures and politicians - Taking the LSAT and scoring in the top 10th percentile even though it was volitional and not my career route - Optimizing and analyzing businesses as well as operating a network of clinics for 2 years Notes: 1. I can teach most of the listed subjects from a Kindergarten to 8th Grade level and some well beyond that. I'd encourage you to inquire and I'll give you an honest assessment of how well suited I am. The equilibrium between teaching and reception is critical and dishonesty is a disservice to both parties. Just ask! 2. I've listed some diverse endeavours. People have those all the time, but I've attached a level of success to diversity which makes all the difference: It boils down to being an information sponge. I retain information naturally by a love for teaching it to others at any opportunity, and I'm always finding ways to apply it. I'm looking for a way to earn money from this, but the variable of teaching for the very sake of teaching has always been there. Though it's not isolated in business, its benefits go a long way toward fostering a nice learning environment and they aren't lost. That feedback loop is very, very valuable to me and I've found I don't have to augment my style much in order to get it to click. 3. Please ignore the hourly rate field as there's a minimum option. The first session is totally free. After that, it's wholly negotiable - I want you to be comfortable with it. If we end up seeing each other often, you'll get some sessions per time period free. Lots of ways this can play out equitably.
