Currently enrolled at York university in my fourth year for a B Sc. Honours Physics and Astronomy.
Experience
My tutoring experience has been through family only as of far, I tutored my brother in Grade 11 Math over the summer since he had difficulties and helped him achieve an 85. Of course he takes the credit and my purpose was to try and convey a greater understanding of the material. As a tutor I will examine at what level your child is at and then re-enforce underlying concepts in areas that were not his/her strength and provide a more conceptual understanding if necessary in the subject matter. I enjoyed my time tutoring as it is always great to revisit past material and I had a fun time helping out as best as I can to bring a person's understanding to a greater depth and possibly inspire.
