As a family physician, mentor, researcher, and healthcare manager I am passionate about working to identify and develop talent, skills, and knowledge to empower individuals in attaining their desired goals. My work philosophy whether in the clinical, research or managerial work stems from partnering with the client in developing solutions that work best for them. Open communication, strategic planning, solution exploration and visual aids are all a part of my work style. I work with the student in identifying their study style, learning habits and needs to deliver a customized tutoring experience. Each of my lessons comes with study aids which I email to the student up to 2 days in advance of the session to build understanding the effectiveness of the session, improving value for the student. I have been tutoring for the last 3 years, and previously mentored medical students, staff and healthcare professionals within their daily work and study lives. With a friendly personality, I am passionate about developing lasting relationships through effective communication.
