I earned my PhD in Physical Chemistry (vibrational spectroscopy) from Michigan State University.
Experience
As a former university professor (Ph.D. in Physical Chemistry), I have over 15 years of experience in lecturing chemistry courses at university, and over 15 years of tutoring experience helping high school and university students with their math, physics and chemistry concepts. In the past 15 years specifically, I have tutored more than 300 students through both online and in-person tutoring across Canada. I am especially well qualified at identifying problem areas students have and I offer simple explanations that are easy to understand. I can provide students with help on homework assignments and labs as well as prepare them for tests and exams. I specialize in science and maths, particularly physics and chemistry. I can help students in IB aand AP programs like math, chemistry, and physics. I can also help students prepare for the math and science sections of the SAT and CLEP exams. I am also available to help graduate school candidates prepare for GRE subject tests in maths, chemistry, and physics.
