I recently completed my PhD at Brown University. I hold an Hons. BA in International Relations from the University of Toronto, and an MSc. in Sociology from the London School of Economics.
Experience
I've had a great deal of experience tutoring all ages, from elementary school to Masters thesis prep and completion. For specialized instruction, I've had experience tutoring AP/High School Geography, Sociology, History, English, GRE Verbal prep, and I have successfully mentored and assisted a dozen Masters theses to full completion over the past year in Business, Geography, and Sociology. I can assist with formulating and editing university papers, building academic writing skills, as well as writing university applications and letters of motivation for scholarships and fellowships. I taught elementary school in the Middle East, and have five years of experience with ESL instruction. I have also taught at the university level in Toronto and the United States (more recently). I can offer my services to a wide range of students -- elementary school fundamentals, high school finals, to University and Graduate School applications, no challenge is too great!
