Education
I graduated from Guelph University with a Bachelors of Science in Animal Biology. For a very long time I had planned on becoming a vet. However, as I continued my course in university, I realized I could make a bigger difference in education and so have decided to make education my senior priority. I'm also completing a Biotechnology Diploma from Seneca College. I am currently on hiatus from my last Semester to work and participate in an exciting new start-up.
Experience
I have two years of agency trained tutoring experience. When I was an recruited tutor, I found I was doing an enormous amount of work trying to connect with my students and get their grade point up, however the agencies had policies I disagreed with and so left. I also teach piano and have done so for two years. I find teaching translates well in every discipline, and the main goal is to break large ideas down into simpler fundamentals and be open and understanding. I want to be a be a tutor because I want you to be confident in yourself, clear away confusion and start loving ideas again!

Hobbies
I love playing piano. Music is a big part of my life. I am currently practising for an upcoming piano exam due January. I'm an active person. I play soccer, tennis, bike, play beach volleyball and I snowboard. I have a dog named Milo that asks to get let out every ten minutes to see if more pears have fallen from the neighbour's pear tree.
