I completed high school classes in both China and Canada. The major focus of my studies is in Math and Data, including subjects such as Statistics and Probability. I am an Actuarial Science and Statistics double major at the University of Toronto, with a minor in Mathematics.
Experience
I achieved a grade of 99% for a grade 12 math course in High Function, as well as a grade of 95% for a grade 12 course in Calculus. During my first year of study at the University of Toronto, I took the courses MAT 194 and MAT 195. In addition to this, I also took the courses MAT 223, MAT 224, and MAT 185 for Linear Algebra. The grade I achieved for the MAT 224 course was an A+. I have qualifications from the Society of Actuaries specializing in Financial Mathematics and Probability. I have a strong background in mathematics and have experience tutoring math at both the elementary and high school levels. I also have experience working as a tutor for English and Mandarin.
