I have four separate academic degrees: a Master's of Science in Mathematics, a Master's of Philosophy in Mathematics, a Bachelor's of Education from a Teacher Education Programme, and a BSc in Mathematics. I graduated from my Master's program with Highest Honours as well.
Experience
I am a very experienced Maths tutor, offering a personal and focused approach to help my students pursue success. Over the past four years, I have worked with many students, helping them to develop excellent revision and test-taking skills. Together we will identify which aspects of your classes challenge you most and work hard through structured tutorials and homework to deepen your understanding of the material you're studying. I am comfortable teaching multiple levels of mathematics, ranging from elementary school to undergraduate courses such as Mathematical Foundations for Computer Science. I can also concentrate on the math you'll find on specific exams, including COMPASS Mathematics, ACCUPLACER College-Level Math, SAT Math, and CLEP College Mathematics.
