I am currently teaching grade 11 and 12 Physics at Crescent School (Toronto). I have over 10 years of experience teaching and tutoring high school and university-level math and science, and I learned something very important along the way. Struggling students are not incapable of learning math (or science), they are simply dealing with poor explanations and a lack of quality practice. I adapt to my student's specific needs, whether that means introducing concepts more quickly to keep study sessions engaging or affording students all of the time they need to grasp something.
