Education
Whether you’re a beginner, wanting to learn German for general interest or a more advanced speaker who wants to improve, I can customize a curriculum that suits YOUR learning needs. Born in Toronto but a native German speaker, I offer one-on-one or group sessions via Facetime or SKYPE or; in person with class duration times ranging from 60/90/120 minutes, depending on your needs. My credentials include a Specialist Honours B.A. from the University of Toronto in German Literature and Language along with a Business German Certificate from the Goethe Institute Toronto.
Experience
To complement my education, I have many years of private tutoring experience, teaching German to children and adults from age 4-70 as well as being a Lecturer at University College Cork, teaching adults German, during my time working abroad. I have worked abroad for Lufthansa German Airlines and Apple at their European Headquarters in a German-speaking role. I love tutoring because it helps me share my passion for the German language with students who want to learn or improve their verbal and written language skills.
