Being a Teaching Assistant at the University of Toronto for APS100 (Orientation to Engineering) to over 25 students is my proudest contribution to date. Failure, especially within engineering, can be difficult. Mentoring and guiding students to overcome this fear first year, has been more than rewarding. I have also held career building events for over 500 undergraduate engineering students. Other organizations I have been apart at the University of Toronto is Concrete Canoe, Blue Sky Solar Car, and notably WISE, where I had made trips to over 25 high schools in the community to promote the STEM field to students. • 1st place - Mechanical Engineering Fourth Year Capstone Design Showcase • Gordon Cressy Student Leadership Award • 1st place - Case Competition hosted by University of Toronto Business Association Annual Conference • 1st place - Case Competition hosted by WISE National Conference 2017 • Lisa Anne Hamann Memorial "Women in Leadership" Award • NSERC Undergraduate Student Research Award

Nice to meet you! I am always looking for opportunities to become a leader with a purpose. To look at challenges as opportunities and to lead with the intent to inspire and be inspired. This past year, I had the opportunity to teach first year engineering students and help bring them to be future leaders of the school community and beyond. Following graduation, I look forward to working at Accenture as a Consulting Analyst, bringing together my skills of innovative design, engineering, and business thinking into one holistic approach. My hobbies include volunteering abroad, getting lost in cities, and baking delicious bribe-able treats.
