Hi, I'm Maxim, a private tutor in Toronto. I work with high school and college students who need help in their English or history courses. This includes reading and writing as it applies to other coursework and intensive versions of these courses as offered in AP classes. Not only can I help review the material and prepare for upcoming exams, but I also offer proofreading and editing tips for students who are working on essays or other research projects. Students in professional studies such as those preparing for law school have found having someone review the organization and flow of their work especially useful. I have experience working with students at both the high school and collegiate levels. I especially enjoy working with students in university Writing Centers where I help them gain greater command over the English language in general and academic writing specifically.
