I earned an Honours Bachelor of Science degree in Biology and Psychology, Neuroscience, and Behavior from McMaster University, graduating with distinction in June 2014. I also made the Dean's Honours List each year from 2011-2014. I am currently working toward Bachelors in Medicine and Surgery from St. George's Hospital Medical School.
Experience
My success as a tutor comes from my ability to explain concepts in an organized and simplified manner. I also identify and teach to each pupil's unique learning style and approach every meeting with an encouraging and positive attitude. I served as a TA at McMaster University from September 2012 to April 2014. I also completed an applied educational psychology course to study current pedagogical research that I can apply in the classroom. Furthermore, I have experience as a private tutor teaching subjects like high school mathematics and chemistry.
